Room Keys are for individual use only and must not be shared with other Residents or non-residents. When leaving the Room all doors and windows must be locked. Residents must not allow anyone to follow them into the building. Access to the property is restricted to Residents only and all Residents have been provided with keys. Residents must not access unauthorized areas of the property (e.g. roof areas not designed for Resident\u2019s use back office, control rooms etc.) under any circumstances. Residents must not obstruct access to fire exists, wheelchair ramps, property access points or Room\/Apartment doors. Residents are expected to pass inspections and adhere to the prescribed standards. Repeated failure to pass inspections will result in charges for professional cleaners and\/or removalists to return the Room to the original condition (refer to the fees and Charges Schedule)<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1595\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1595\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Noise must be kept to minimum in and around Blossom Stayz properties between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"viewer-pyx3l2145977\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"viewer-7uvt82145978\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">If we receive a complaint from other Residents or neighbors in the surrounding residential area about noise and anti-social behaviour, disciplinary actions will be taken.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1596\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1596\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u200bResidents are required to maintain their Room and common areas in a clean and presentable state at all times:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-ul\"><li id=\"viewer-pmaiu2145991\" class=\"_3Kjjs public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-list-ltr public-DraftStyleDefault-reset _1FoOD _3M0Fe\"><p class=\"_1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe\">No posters or flyers are allowed to be put on windows or anywhere in common areas.<\/p><\/li><li id=\"viewer-g406a2145993\" class=\"_3Kjjs public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-list-ltr _1FoOD _3M0Fe\"><p class=\"_1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe\">No items including laundry and towels can be hung over the balcony\/terrace\/window ledge.<\/p><\/li><li id=\"viewer-5wlsm2145995\" class=\"_3Kjjs public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-list-ltr _1FoOD _3M0Fe\"><p class=\"_1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe\">Furniture provided in Rooms and share apartments must not be moved from the area.<\/p><\/li><li id=\"viewer-qtcp32145997\" class=\"_3Kjjs public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-list-ltr _1FoOD _3M0Fe\"><p class=\"_1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe\">Items that leave scratches, holes or marks on the walls, ceiling or anywhere else are not allowed to be affixed anywhere in the Room.<\/p><\/li><li Prior permission from the roommates required if consuming in rooms. Residents under the age of 25 years are prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol.
